Problem No.09 (Timonov's Function No.03 or Zilinskas' Function No.01)
I. Mathematical Expression:
$$f(x)=-\sin\left(x\right)-\sin\left(\frac{2}{3}x\right)$$
where:
\(\bullet\) \(3.1 \leq x \leq 20.4\)
\(\bullet\) \(f_{max}(x^*)=1.905961118715785\)
\(\bullet\) \(x^*=17.039198942112002\) (determined by us using MapleSoft 2015)
\(\bullet\) This function has different names, like: Timonov's Function No.3 [1], Problem No.9 [2] and Zilinskas' Function No.1 (it is modified to be suited for minimization algorithms) [3].
