I. Mathematical Expression:
$$f(X)=\left(x_1-1\right)^2+\sum^n_{i=2}i\left(2x^2_i-x_{i-1}\right)^2$$
where:
\(\bullet\) \(-10\leq x_i\leq 10\) , \(i=1,2,\cdots,n\)
\(\bullet\) \(f_{min}(X^*)=0\)
\(\bullet\) \(x^*_i=2^{-\left(\frac{2^j-2}{2^j}\right)}\)
