Hyper-Ellipsoid Function
I. Mathematical Expression:
$$f(X)=\sum_{i=1}^{n}i^2x^2_i$$
where:
\(\bullet\) \(-1\leq x_i\leq 1\) , \(i=1,2,\cdots,n\)
\(\bullet\) \(f_{min}(X^*)=0\)
\(\bullet\) \(x^*_i =0\)
\(\bullet\) Note that, there are other benchmark functions have same name. For example, "Axis Parallel Hyper-Elipsoid Function" in [2] is called "Hyper-Elipsoid Function" in [3].
