I. Mathematical Expression:

$$f(X)=\frac{\displaystyle 1}{\displaystyle n}\sum^n_{i=1}1-\cos\left(kx_i\right)e^{-\frac{1}{2}x_i^2}$$

where:

\(\bullet\) \(k=10\)

\(\bullet\) \(-\pi\leq x_i\leq \pi\) , \(i=1,2,\cdots,n\)

\(\bullet\) \(f_{min}(X^*)=0\)

\(\bullet\) \(x^*_i =0\) \(\rightarrow\) It has \(k^n\) local minima (for \(k\) odd) or \((k+1)^n\) local minima (for \(k\) even)
